Electricity meter overestimates electricity consumption

Galina asks:
In January 2018, the electrician of the management company changed the electric meter. Two-rate electronic, in my opinion energy meter.
And the household company had to seal the meter. But there were problems, no one came. I do not always live in an apartment. Of the appliances: kettle, refrigerator, washing machine and crock-pot. And underfloor heating in the bathroom and in the small kitchen in some places.
When the controller sealed the meter, he showed how to take readings, it turned out that a lot of kilowatts. Daytime and a half times more than nightly. When I turned on the warm floor, I didn’t turn it on at night. And the difference with the night is very big. I have questions: could the controller somehow change the readings, and where to look for the problem, the counter blinks red and sometimes beeps.
Sincerely, Galina.
Thanks in advance.
I really hope that you will help.
The answer to the question:
A red LED may blink, which indicates that you are consuming electricity - the more often it flashes, the more you consume.
The controller could not change the readings. But sometimes it happens that they confuse the night and day rates.
But you write that the underfloor heating "did not turn on at night" and I did not understand from your question what is the problem? Too many kilowatts wound at night or during the day?
