Can I use wiring after flooding the apartment?

Hello. 5 days ago, neighbors from above flooded our apartment. The light began to blink, we immediately turned off the machines. After that, the lights were not turned on, we do not know if it works. Is there any chance that it will work? In the apartment, all the wiring is new (2019), but it is connected to the old aluminum, which leads to the meters. While we are drying the apartment to check the wiring, only one option is to include everything? We are afraid of a short circuit. Tell me what can be done in our case.
