Good evening. Stretch ceilings were installed, the walls were drilled with a perforator, the wire was hooked several times. They didn’t tear, the winding was torn off. All connected and insulated. It beats current from batteries, gas pipes, taps, etc. metal objects. A private house, the owner does not really know what kind of wire it is or where it is going. In the junction box, the ground wire has voltage. Disconnected all ground wires, it stopped beating. We plan to get this wire all. But I would like to know why it is shocking from everything and is it dangerous for appliances if you plug them into a power outlet?

Somewhere on the ground there is a phase, try to find this place by the method of exclusion. Devices are nonsense, such an emergency carries a danger to life. Try to search for conductors, for example, use the Mastech MS6812. Just disconnect the household power supply.
