Cable entry into the house through the foundation

Good afternoon! Tell me, is it possible to enter a cable (VBBSHV laid in the ground) into the house under the foundation (in the pipe)? In PUE p. 2.3.85. it is said that laying cables directly in the ground under the foundations of buildings is not allowed, but it is possible or not to enter the cable under the foundation (or through it).

    Hello! Yes, in the pipe you can lay the cable through the foundation. Or else as an option - in front of the foundation, lift the cable up and pass through the wall.
