Question on power supply at home

Hello everybody! I ask for your advice. I will bury the cable from the post into the house.
On the pole in the shield there is a counter and a three-pole machine. 15 kW are allocated. Agreed with an electrician from SNT, he will lead the cable into the shield. In the house I want to assemble myself. Need your help:

  1. What grounding should I do and what cable to buy avbbshv 4x16 or 5x16?
  2. What kind of introductory machine is needed?

    Grounding ordinary: corner, strip. 4x16 cable. As for the machine, check with the one who allocated the power and preferably in writing, so that later there are no misunderstandings.
