Should I make my own ground loop if there is earth at the input?
Good afternoon. I have 2 questions:
- Should power engineers bring land into the house, in addition to phase and zero, (only phase and zero enter the house, although the earth is scanned along the pillars).
- Do you need a ground loop if the earth enters the house with an input cable?

1) You need to clarify whether this earth is really - maybe just a conductor of a different phase. If this is really a TN-S grounding system line, then there should be three phase wires, one neutral wire and one ground wire. With this grounding system, the protective and neutral conductors are separated along the entire length of the line. If this is the case, then all the conductors, including the protective grounding, should have been started.
2) If grounding is provided by the grounding system of the supply line, then you do not need to install an individual grounding loop.
