    Hello! It all depends on how old your house is and, accordingly, what is the status of the house network. Previously (it seems, until 1981), a power of 1.5 kW was allocated to an apartment with gas. Later, the allocated power was increased to 3.5 kW (a 16A automatic machine should be in the shield). Now in new buildings they can increase the limit to 5.5 kW (25A automatic) and higher.
