Where to draw the wires to connect the sconce lamp?

Please tell me from what exactly to stretch the wires to the sconce? From the outlet? If so, how?

    You can from the outlet, just install an electric plug on the wires leaving the sconce, which you later plug into the outlet. Or you can output phase, zero and ground from the nearest junction box.
