Why is the lamp not screwed into a spotlight?

I have two R63 rotary spotlights in my bathroom, a couple of months ago I inserted a light bulb into one of them, but the light did not twist in the cartridge and did not turn on, I tried to screw the candle in - it normally turns and turns on, but it is not in the subject in the spotlight, then again I tried to insert R63 for a long time - but it still did not turn on, then the lamp still turned on, and it worked all this time, although it was unclear how it turned, so yesterday I shaved and the lamp (working) fell out of the lamp onto the floor and crashed . What to do to eject the lamp, or can I replace the cartridge?

You need to look at the design, it happens that the cartridge is very problematic to replace. If there are no obstacles, it is certainly better to replace the cartridge than the entire lamp.
