Hello. Lathe 1V62G. The problem with starting the engine to accelerate the movement of the caliper. The starter trips, but the engine does not turn on. Previously, this happened but left by itself, now again. There were no actions that could affect the operation of the starter. Change starter? If the starter trips, then the control circuit is in order. It is necessary to check the voltage at the output of the starter - at those terminals to which the motor is connected and at the terminals of the motor itself. If, after the starter is activated, voltage is supplied to the motor terminals, then the power contacts of the starter and the circuit to the motor are working and the problem is in the motor itself.
If voltage is not supplied, then it is necessary to check the circuit to the starter, to the motor and the starter itself.
If the power contacts of the starter do not close, then it must be replaced by a working one. It is also necessary to check the contacts of the thermal relay - in the normal state, when the thermal protection does not work, the contacts must be closed.
