When disconnecting zero from the meter, the voltage in all apartments on the floor is disconnected
Hello, the problem is this: I changed the counter, got to the terminals, and when you pull out the input “zero” from the counter terminal, the electricity disappears not only for the subscriber, but also for all the neighbors on the floor (3 apartments), although the neighboring meters work (the network light is on) ), but the subscriber does not. No matter how many times I wondered, I didn’t come to anything. Tell me, what could it be. I didn’t look at the shield itself, but everything was correctly assembled in the shield ..
There are two zero terminals on the counter, well, zero comes in with one wire, and the other comes out of it, right? This is of course stupid, but maybe all the apartments were connected in some absurd way through the terminal block of the counter? Then everything agrees with what you wrote. perhaps a zero loop through the counters was allowed, although this is strange.
