I bought an armored cable for laying it underground in the country house, 10 kW is allocated, it is limited to 40 A. It’s possible to use this in an HDPE pipe, but it bothers me that it is TU, not GOST, although it lived in reality not 16, but 15.1 mm. sq. Interested in whether there will be problems with him in 5-10 years, and is TU bad?

In this case, the cable section is enough for a given power, it can be laid in the pipe. As for the quality of the cable, in this case it is impossible to say unequivocally how reliable this product is. Technical specifications can be developed directly at the enterprise individually. At the same time, technical specifications can be more stringent in terms of product quality, compared with GOST (which is unlikely), and softer - that is, products can be of significantly worse quality compared to GOST. If the company seeks to reduce production costs by developing appropriate specifications, then accordingly this leads to a decrease in product quality. Therefore, it is not known what will happen to the cable in 5-10 years.
