Connecting an LED night light to a wall outlet

Hello! Please tell me if the LED night lamp will work in the socket, if the socket is two-wire? Power of the lamp LED 1,2W. Thanks in advance for your reply.

    Hello! If it is designed for a voltage of 220 volts, then why should it not work? If only the phase and zero comes to the outlet, without grounding, everything will work of course. Or did I misunderstand you?
