Can. But why? If connected in parallel to increase the output current, then you need to do this like this:
Through the diodes you connect all the blocks. Anode to the pros, cathodes to the marquee. Power supplies should be approximately the same in voltage. If there is not enough voltage and more is needed - connect in series.
Why pervert? What voltage do you need? If 12V - buy a power supply unit for a tape for 300 in the electrical goods store, it will withstand 2-3 amperes!
