Why does the consumer in the shields have different phase voltages?
At the output of the transformer 10.4 kV, a voltage of 230 V in all phases, relative to zero. The consumer in the shields has a voltage of approximately 200, 250, 260 V, respectively. Zero break on the way to consumers?
It may be due to the large asymmetry of the phase load. If the load on the phase where it shows 200 V is much higher than the load on the other two phases, then there will be a voltage imbalance. If the load does not differ much in phase, then the reason for this voltage imbalance is a zero break on the way to the consumer.
Unlikely, but also the cause may be the unsatisfactory condition of the power line. If there are several unreliable connections in phase, then there may be a voltage drop in these areas - as a result, the consumer will have a low voltage in this phase.
