Why is the three-phase electric motor buzzing but not spinning?

Hello! Most likely the problem is in the mechanical part: bearings or actuator. But just in case, measure the voltage at the output of the machine and the starter, and also whether all three phases come to the terminals in the boron. If everything comes, ring the integrity of all three windings.
