Why does the touch switch not work with the LED lamp with power supply?

Victor asks:
Hello. There is a smart touch switch for two keys. Everything is connected according to the instructions. One key on the LED wall lights, the second on the gauss downlight 6w LED ceiling downlights. The former turn on without problems, the latter in no way. Changing keys does not change the situation. Control check when connected to 220 directly - working lamps. These ceiling lights are non-dimmable, with a power supply to each. Apparently some kind of conflict with the touch switch. What can be done? Maybe add resistors or capacitors to the line? A search on the Internet yielded nothing.
Thank you in advance for your help!
The answer to the question:
Hello! I assume that a separate zero to the switch for its power supply is not laid?

If so, then the switch, to put it simply, is fed through the load. You need to try to put an incandescent lamp in parallel with the power supplies - if everything works, then I'm right.

In this case, you can do as they do to eliminate the flashing of the lamps in the off state with the backlit switches:

  1. In parallel with the power supply, put a resistor at 51 kOhm - 510 kOhm (pick up), the power of the resistor should be at least 1 watt.
  2. Or, in parallel with the lamp, a capacitor with a capacity of 0.1-1 μF with a voltage of 400 volts is connected.

Well, either find a switch to which a separate zero is laid (3 wires for a single-key and 4 wires for a two-key), lay this zero and everything should work.
