Why different readings on electric meters (main and after)?

We have 2 meters in the room, one main to the room, and the second to the ATM. When I arrive at the weekend, I take the ATM counter data from my counter, I have a difference. Why, if nothing is connected to the mains in the room? The main counter is the model Mercury 230, and that round is written single-phase. Thank.

    Hello! Most likely different accuracy and these are errors. The main one counts more, while the ATM counts less. That's the difference when subtracting.
