Why is half the chandelier not lit?

Burned all day. And now I saw that the blue bulbs (like LEDs) are half lit. Why is half of the LED chandelier off?

    I think that here the problem may be in the power source - the LED driver, if there are several. Or just a wire burned out, supplying power to this part of the lamp. Very often they save on wires - the cross section is too low, literally hairs. With prolonged use, they heat up and burn out at the connection point or somewhere along the wire itself. It is necessary to check the integrity of the circuits and the operability of the driver - by measuring the output voltage.
