Hello! Indicate what kind of contactor you have, what characteristics it has.
The problem may be a lack of voltage on the contactor’s retractor coil, since at 220V the input power is usually limited to a maximum of 6Kw and on average no more than 5Kw, the boiler is at 9, respectively, when the heating elements are turned on, the voltage drops from 220V to 190V and lower, and this not enough for the contactor coil, as a result of which you have a weak contact on the power contacts and their subsequent burning.
