Why is the voltage on the electric heating elements 100 V?

Hello. The problem with the electric stove, in a red-hot state, there is a voltage of about 100 volts on the heating elements. In this case, the voltage does not arise immediately after turning on the heating, but gradually increases as it warms up. There is grounding in the socket, the electric stove body is not grounded. Is such a phenomenon normal for an electric stove, and how to eliminate it? Thanks in advance.

Hello! This phenomenon is not normal. Most likely, the heater is broken, which closes on the body of the electric stove. Replace the heating element with a new one.
