Why is there voltage on the ground in the outlet?

Hello. In two rooms in all the outlets, the voltage at the Earth contact is the same as in the phase. Checked with an indicator screwdriver and a multimeter. The phase-zero voltage is 220v, the ground-zero voltage is 220v. When touching the contact of the earth, it does not hit the ground, there is not even a tingling sensation.

This situation is only with outlets in the room. There is no such thing in the corridor and in the kitchen, although all of them are turned off by a single machine. What can it be and how to deal with it? Thank.
