Why are the wires from the muffle furnace heated and what can be done?

Hello, I made a home-made muffle furnace (similar to the invention of the Alexander Vidra muffle furnace on YouTube). A muffle made of bricks, in which grooves for nichrome spirals were drilled, 2 mm thick. He insulated. The adjustment takes place through the temperature regulator "rig10-5", the control voltage from it goes to the solid-state relay company "Kippribor". From the relay to the furnace, 4 mm wires go to the spirals. To devices also 4 mm. The wire is warming. What to do?

Hello! Lay in parallel another 4 sq. Mm wire! Perhaps he is warming from the stove? If this is not possible, analyze its consumption. What current does it consume? What is the power of spirals, etc.?

I don’t understand why else to skip the wire in parallel. The furnace consumes more than 5 kW. The voltage in the network is 220 volts. A 4 mm wire is heated. Which goes to the devices (solid-state relay, automatic). The machine turns off from heating. Spiral 2 mm. Nichrome.

In order not to get warm, maybe in your wire there is no 4 sq. mm, there are a lot of fakes on sale. The wire can be heated for two reasons - it is heated from the furnace, or heated from the load.

Automatic machine at 25 amperes, nichrome wire length 32 meters, diameter 2 mm
