Voltage drops in the apartment when connecting the refrigerator

Hello. For example, if you turn on the refrigerator, then the computer monitor in another (nearby) outlet will turn off for a second and turn on again. It also happens from time to time when the refrigerator starts to hum after downtime. I myself think that this is due to the fact that either the refrigerator gives a lot of voltage or the wiring is bad. Will the voltage stabilizer for the refrigerator or the monitor help here? Thank.

Hello! How does this refrigerator give a lot of voltage? On the contrary, the refrigerator drains the network at the time of start-up and the monitor “switches”. There was a situation when a battery charger is inserted into the socket and when the charger current is switched (by the packet switch) - on the computer connected to the same socket, the keyboard “switches” (the lights flash and the sound that the device is connected sounds). This indicates that the monitor / computer power circuits cannot withstand drawdowns. To solve this problem, the stabilizer may not be enough. Or rather, its performance may not be enough and it simply won’t hold the monitor. Here, I find it best to use an uninterruptible power supply.
Personally, I would experiment with a filtering tank, which is installed after the diode bridge at the input of the monitor power supply - then the drawdown will not be so noticeable. The only question is how much power will need to be connected.
