He installed a warm floor on a cold veranda: a thermostat of 3.5 kW, a veranda of 18 sq.m. I didn’t turn it on fully, started to warm, after some time the fuse tripped and the thermostat burned out. Replaced thermostat - again the same thing.

The fuse blows from over current. It is necessary to measure the current consumption in some way and, most likely, the control should be redone through the power starter.
