How bad it turns out, the manufacturer promises that the meter will work 30 years, but in practice it turned out that in the sixth year of operation, the readings stopped, the indicator blinks as before, and the numbers do not change. It turns out that the manufacturer is deceiving buyers of electricity meters. Not good.
    What to do? REPAIR or Replacement, at whose expense?

    The PUMA-103.1 counter worked for more than 7 years. Since yesterday, it shows the sum of the tariffs instead of separate tariffs (T1 and T2) when the voltage is removed, it returns to the T1 and T2 indication, adequately builds up all the readings under load, but after a few hours falls back to the total indication. The time on the counter is in order - 40 minutes behind the real one. The date is correct.
