Is it possible to power a 220V drill from a 36V outlet?

Good afternoon, dear electrician. I know that the question is funny, but still. You need to connect a drill to the vegetable store, and there are 36 V. sockets. Most likely it just will not work?

    If the drill is designed to work from a 220 V network, then it will not work from 36 V. A power tool designed to work from a voltage of 36 V is sold. The second option is to purchase a 36 V / 220 V converter of the required power.
