Is it possible to install a common voltage relay on the floor?
TN-C-S connection system for many apartment buildings. The question is, is it permitted by the rules to establish a common voltage relay for apartments (3 apartments per floor) on each floor? And will such a scheme be able to completely protect all apartments from a zero cliff, etc.? Thank.

An effective way to protect against zero breakage is to install an individual voltage relay for each consumer. If you mean a three-phase voltage relay, it will not work, because it controls a different voltage, between phases, and it does not change when a zero break occurs.
