Ordinary bare wires go along the pole, is it possible to stretch a sip cable from them to the house !?
Yes, you can do it. There are branch clamps in them, one half is not intended for piercing SIP, but for connecting to bare wires, and the second for connecting SIP. So called "clamp branch CIP + bare wire" below are examples of the names of such products from online stores:
