Is it possible to lay the input wires instead of cable?

Hello! Is it possible to use just three wires in a corrugation instead of an input cable in a corrugation (naturally, in isolation). The section from the "cups" is the connection on the facade of the house with wires from the pole to the counter inside the house. The route is about 8 meters along the wall from the street, the outside, then into the room through a couple of walls, and then there is an RCD and a meter. I am sure of mechanical security, I will seal the edges of the corrugation, also through the walls in the corrugation. The question is because the electricians recommended (not to me personally, so I can’t find out for them) a cable like VVG with a cross section of 8-10, in the corrugation. You must go behind the cable, but a wire with the desired cross section is available). Are there any requirements for this? Will the option with wires in the corrugation allow instead of a cable in the corrugation? The previous wiring of the house is generally just aluminum wires in insulation, both on the street and in the walls. Thank.
