Is it possible to connect an 8 kW water heater to one of the phases in a three-phase network?

The apartment has 3 phases, the heater is 8 kW single-phase, is it logical to put it on one phase or do you need to buy a 3-phase heater?

    It all depends on the power limit that is defined for your apartment. If the power limit allows you to connect a given water heater to the network and at the same time fully exploit other household electrical appliances, then you can connect this water heater.
