Is it possible to connect three phases from different counters (3 to 220)?

Alexander asks:
I have an apartment kitchen and a garage. Everywhere there are 220V meters and different phases. Can I make myself 380V from these counters in the garage. If so, how will they calculate and whether it should be agreed upon. 380V is needed to connect a lathe.
The answer to the question:
Hello! Theoretically, each of the counters will be counted as one third of the power consumed by the machine. Do you have all the counters and buildings listed on the same site? But why are three inputs made with different phases and different counters? For this question, go to the company you are paying money for (energy sales). It should work without coordination. But you have some strange situation.
If you don’t want to coordinate anything, connect the machine’s engine through a capacitor, if this doesn’t suit you, buy a frequency converter, it will make 3 to 220 from 1 phase 220, you can also control the rotation speed.

Counters are not on one site, but everything is nearby. The distance from the apartment is about 40 meters, from the kitchen 20. We have a wire. They wanted to carry 380v-10kw into the garage, for some documents they requested 80 thousand. A 7.5 kW turning engine for such power is also not cheap. I am in LNR (Lugansk People’s Republic) I work in a mine and my salary is 10 thousand. Therefore, you have to invent. Need help on how to do it right. Thanks for the answer.

Hello! I consulted with colleagues and in the process of dialogue we came to the conclusion that such a connection energy sales can be classified as theft!

Find a compromise, for example, is your requirement for such high power on the machine too critical? Maybe put a kilowatt for a 2-3 engine and twist it with a chastotnik? It will be cheaper, better and calmer. at 7 kW - really a problem to find a cheap chastotnik, and even with a single-phase connection ...
