Is it possible to connect the inverter to the battery by making a perpetual motion machine?

If you connect a 12-220V, 1000 W inverter to the battery, and to the inverter - a charger for the same 450 W battery + TV and refrigerator, will the battery be recharged? So you get a "perpetual motion machine"? Thank.

    The fact is that the efficiency of such a conversion is not more than 50%. It turns out that more is always spent than it is given out. This is with modern technology. So the plan does not work out.
