Is it possible to identify the manufacturer by marking the wire (or in some other way)? Thank!

    The only thing I can advise is to consider cable manufacturing requirements. One of them is: the cable under the sheath must have colored identification threads of the manufacturer, the color of the threads according to RD 16 K00-001-2008 of JSC VNIIKP. Well, and accordingly, seek advice from JSC VNIIKP.
