An uninterruptible battery by itself performs this function: there is light, voltage is supplied to bypass the UPS to devices, there is no light - the 12-220 converter is turned on. Why do you need an additional 12-220 converter? What pump power do you have? If the power of the UPS is enough - then just connect from it. The battery can be supplied with a large capacity.
