Can the earphone be shocked?

Hello! Answer my seemingly strange question. I used an earpiece (that is, in the ear a capsule-earphone and a wire hung on my neck - the “inductive loop” is called). Is it possible to get an electric shock from the wire on the neck, felt a sharp numbness in the neck at the time of use, or is it excluded?

Hello! Purely hypothetically possible and possible. But in practice, this is more of a fantasy.

That is, the wire itself could not hit in your opinion? When I turned it on and sat with it, everything was fine, and after a while I did not understand what was happening, how the wave passed from neck to head. And if it was damaged, that I was not noticed ...

There is no high voltage. Perhaps you have an individual increased sensitivity of the skin in the place where it touched, but an electric shock is unlikely.
