Why does a lot of electricity wind up in the evenings and at night?

I have an electric boiler that works constantly in the same mode at night. I am at work, there is nobody at home, and every day in the evening and night I wind 22 kW. There is no counter, there is a sensor on the support, I call the company, and they answer that their sensor is working normally. How can this be, because nobody is at home, and the energy consumption is greater than in the afternoon?
