False positives
The line of sockets is protected by an AD12 2p automatic machine. When all devices are unplugged from the sockets, the machine will operate. When the devices are turned on (kettle, TV, even a laptop) this does not happen.
Measure the current in zero and in phase with the devices turned off, maybe then the cause of the operation will become known. If the currents are zero, try replacing the machine. Perhaps wiring problems, how often does it happen?
