Hello! As I understand it, the water is drawn into the tank, but the machine does not pump it into the boiler itself for heating? You should contact your service center, there may be a problem with the water sensor in the tank or the water supply system is damaged / clogged somewhere. There may be other problems with sensors, limit switches (if any), and wiring in the machine itself. To get started, try descaling if possible.
