What cable is needed for a 5 kW water heater?
I bought a water heater of 5 kilowatts. A cross section of 4 mm2 is required, there is phase, zero and earth. Question: is the cross section of each wire indicated or general?
The cross section of wires and cables is always indicated on the core! That is, you need a cable or 3x4 wire (i.e. 3 cores of 4 mm²).
