On the battery, not 130 mA, but 130 mA / h, the difference is big, because capacity and current output are two different things. And secondly - the load itself takes its current which it needs, i.e. if the PSU is 500 mA, then this does not mean that all 500 mA will go to the massager, and at the same time does not mean that such a current of the power source is enough. Check empirically.
