If the power off on the 220V side can still be realized while there is power on the load, then switching it on again remotely will not work - the power has already turned off. Solution 1: Just put a regular switch BEFORE your power supply.
If you want to turn off the power supply to the PSU with the remote control, then solution 2: buy a radio relay and tape it to the controller’s tape.
