Hello. There is no grounding in the hostel, what is the best way to do it? Pass a three-wire cable from the apartment and fix two wires in the common floor shield to the zero level. Or spend two wires and already in the apartment in the shield, divide the zero into two tires - “zero” and “ground”? Thank.
