How to lay the wiring to the TV and how many outlets do you need?
If you don’t have television at all and you have a smart TV and watch youtube with IP-TV, then you do not need a socket for a TV antenna.
Why two socket blocks? If so, for a TV, 1 outlet for 220 and 1 for an antenna are enough, and for a cabinet for the rest of the equipment (it will be in or on the cabinet, I suppose).
The issue of technical implementation is not clear. Lay the cable and that’s it. Only do not lay the TV cable with the 220 line, back off a short distance and lay in a separate corrugation. Sockets can be installed in a common frame, look there are interesting options for Legrandyes and Schneider electric(links lead to reviews of their products). The way the cable is laid depends on the material of the walls and how the rest of the wiring is laid.
