How to connect wires in a hotplate?
The wires can be connected using polyethylene terminal blocks (brass screw terminal blocks in a polyethylene sheath) or carbolite blocks (these are screw terminals with pressure plates on a black base made of carbolite, according to the nomenclature - blocks of type TV or TS), in these two cases cables with multi-wire (soft ) cores, and your wire such, it is impossible to clamp directly. The cores are tinned and clamped, or instead of tinning, pin tips (such as NShVI) are used and the tinned or crimped ends are clamped with a terminal block.
You can use other types of terminal blocks, but do not use “Vago” and the like, I believe that they are not quite suitable for an electric stove.
In any case, pay attention to whether the terminal blocks that you ultimately withstand the current of your plate.
But the terminal blocks are not the best, although not a bad decision, it is better to make this connection, for example, by crimping with sleeves, soldering or welding.
