If it is possible to connect to two or three phases, then there must be three phase outputs in the terminal block of the hob. There should be a connection diagram near the terminal block - 1N - connection to one phase, 2N - to two phases, 3N - to three phases.
    When connected to one phase, all three phase outputs of the hob are connected by a jumper, and when the hob is connected to two phases, one phase is connected to one phase output and the other phase to two others connected by a jumper - the diagram indicates which phase outputs the jumper is connected to .
