You need to get to the heating elements, disconnect them and reconnect to connect to one phase. If 1 phase 6 kW can withstand - connect all the heating elements in parallel, if not - leave 1-2 heating elements. Most likely there are 3 of them installed. The passport has a connection diagram. In the lower right, it shows the heating elements, in principle, you just need to jumper "from above" (if you look at the diagram) to put.
