How to connect a two-phase hob to a difavtomat?

Gregory asks:
Three phases. Cable to the hob 5x4. The power of the panel is 7.2 kW. How to connect a difavtomat if only 2 phases, zero and ground, are involved in the panel. I do not want to plant the panel in one phase. Is it possible to connect two phases to a 4-pole difavtomat Do not use the third phase contact. The fourth contact is zero. Will there be protection?
The answer to the question:
It should only be desirable to use those poles to one of which a test resistor is connected (for the TEST button to work).

The cable to the hob must be at least 6 square meters. mm why? See SP 31.110 of any year, clause 9.2 or more relevant SP 256.1325800.2016 p. 10.2. Although there is an opinion that this is only a recommendation, while in the standards the word “no less” should be read literally.
