How to mount external sockets on a combustible base according to the PUE?

Andrew asks:
Good afternoon! Please tell me which NTDs are regulated when installing a socket on a surface made of combustible material, to use non-combustible sockets?
The answer to the question:
Yes, even the PUE, as prescribed in table 2.1.3 (chapter 2.1.) methods of wiring, which specifies the requirements for the use of metal pipes or withstanding certain distances to combustible
surfaces, as well as the substrate of a strip of non-combustible material under the cable on combustible substrates. Accordingly, wiring products must comply with these requirements. Use socket boxes with the NG index, or external sockets whose housing is made of flame retardant material (see the product documentation). Also, when installing external outlets under the outlet, a galvanized square is cut out and laid. Some outlets come with such a frame.

According to the regulations, I did not find any links anymore, the fire department often found fault with this matter, but no one saw any intelligible links.
