At a minimum, you can change the phase sequence by reconnecting the supply wires. There is also an FVW / REV button on the remote terminal for controlling the converter. You can also connect a three-pin toggle switch to the 24V terminal and terminals L1 and L2, and then go to the settings and select the appropriate mode.
